At that point I would write what is called a final chance letter to the manufacturer telling them they have on more chance to repair the defect. If they are able to repair it then that’s the end of the case and obviously you have a car that’s repaired. If they can’t repair it then at that point we would file the lemon law claim after their third chance to repair it.
