When a client comes to see me what I will do is repair all of their repair orders, I’ll talk to them about the problem and sometimes I will take a ride in the car with them. Now there can be problems with the car which are annoying and um really you’re not happy with because it’s a new car, but unfortunately they will not rise to the level of substantially impairing the use, value or safety of the vehicle.

The Lemon Law is a tough standard to overcome so it has to be a substantial problem in order for us to pursue a claim.
