Lemon Law cases have to filed within two years or the first 18,000 miles whichever is sooner. Now someone could come to see me and they could have 20,000 miles on the car and it could be three years, we could still pursue a claim as long as the defect or problem that they’re having occurred within the first 18,000 miles or two years. If that’s the case then we can still pursue it even though we’re theoretically out of the time period.
